knee pain
dunno wats wrong wif my knee... it started yesterday wif this minor pain in my kneecap. abit weak when climbing up the stairs.. but it was quite momentary so i didn't think too much of it.When i woke up today the pain was unbearable. Standing up took me some effort... and once i sat down, bending my knee in the process, i realised i couldn't straighten my leg out without using my hands to grab my leg and slowly extend it back out. Today was my longest and most tiring day in school, esp with the need to go to arts for my jap. And lotsa steps to climb and descend today.. Torturous.. i had to grab the handlebars like some invalid and pull myself up/down the stairs, while frenz helped me carry my books and files.. grateful for my friends' help and concern... how i wish you were with me today.
so far the pain is still there.. but i don't have time to go see the doc... and i'm also hoping the pain will go away by itself... maybe there isn't really any need to see the doc in the first place.. so i've decided i shall wait, and unless the pain persists for the next few days, i shall try to live with it. wats a little aches and pains here and there, right?
