deadly minesweeper addiction

In the past half hour, I've played no less than 30 odd games of minesweeper, each time telling myself it will be the last time but after losing each time I will get fed up over losing and I will play another "last game". And in the course of this whole day, I think I've probably played this game a hundred times. I'm not kidding.

Shit, I have developed an addiction to playing minesweeper over and over again with the hopes of beating the high score set by my sis. Think it's my competitive streak playing funny tricks with me and my fingers which can't stop going "click-click-click".. And since it's called an "addiction", it can't be very healthy, can it?

shucks... even the Merriam-Webster Online says it's "harmful"... and it also said the user will experience a "compulsive need" for the substance and it's "habit forming" and has "physiological symptoms upon withdrawal"...!!! Oh no! How!! *sobs into face*

Someone save me..!! Give me the strength to stop playing or to set a new record! Haha think I won't rest until I've achieved this objective... or at least till I die trying.. haha *wry grin*
