diet plan
Sometime ago I lost quite a bit of weight, and it was apparently significant enough that many people commented to me that "wah 你瘦了好多 leh." And I finally managed to achieve that ideal weight I've hankered after for so long! *hurrah* XD
But then recently I've put on weight again... and the worst thing is I know exactly the reason why. Meals between proper meals, late night suppers, junk food for the meals between proper meals, and lots of fried food. Dammit. I think I became *quite* complacent after losing weight and I stopped watching it. The seemingly endless supply of absolutely droolicious CNY goodies didn't seem to help me much either in this aspect *sigh*. Now I'm once again no longer my ideal weight... Seems like it's really hard to stay slim. The bimbotic phrase "a moment on the lips, forever on the hips!" is actually absolutely right! *claws at face*
Hey before you start calling me a vainpot I'll have you know that it's not purely for the sake of visual pleasantry ok. When you're slimmer you tend to be healthier and less exposed to the risks of chronic illnesses (with the exception of those who stay slim through pills/crash dieting/anorexia etc, of course).
So, for both the sakes of staying healthy and looking good, here is my plan. If you happen to see me about to succumb to temptation, please stop me for my sake, I beg you..!!
Do's:
1. 3 proper meals everyday.
2. Exercise at least twice weekly.
Don't's:
1. No meals between meals.
2. No fried/junk food as meals.
3. Must not overeat at each meal...!!
Note: Plan to be put in place wef tomorrow and tentatively to last for a month, subject to extension
